Johnny calls to see his mate Paddy, who has a damaged leg.
paddy says,
“Me toes are freezing mate, may you nip upstairs and get me slippers?”
“No, hassle,” he says, and he runs upstairs and there are paddy’s two gorgeous 19-year-old twin daughters sitting on their beds.
“Hi there dere ladies, your Da’ despatched me up right here to shag ya each.”

So he shouts down the steps,
“Each of them, paddy?”
