A married man and girl had been snoozing of their mattress deep in the course of the evening. Abruptly, a loud, heavy thud echoed from the downstairs hallway, shattering the silence of the home.
Waking up in a complete panic, the spouse violently shoved the person, rolled over, and hissed in a terrified whisper, “Oh my God! It’s my husband! It’s important to get out of right here proper now!”
Adrenaline immediately coursing by his veins, the person bolted away from bed in complete darkness. With out considering, he leaped headfirst out of the open second-story window, crashed violently by the rose bushes beneath, scrambled over the backyard fence, and sprinted down the pavement.
He ran two full blocks in his underwear earlier than he out of the blue stopped lifeless in his tracks beneath a streetlamp. He took a deep breath, rubbed his eyes, and realized one thing mind-boggling.
“Wait a minute…” he muttered to himself. “I AM her husband!”
Livid and utterly bewildered by his personal sheer stupidity, he marched all the way in which again to the home, stomped up the steps, and burst into the bed room. He glared at his spouse and yelled, “What the hell was that each one about?! I’m your husband!”
The spouse sat up in mattress, crossed her arms, gave him a grimy, ice-cold look, and fired again:
“Oh yeah? Then why did you run?!”
