The Final Check of Friendship and Venison

A bunch of pals went deer looking within the deep woods of Minnesota, pairing off into twos for the day.

That night, one of many hunters stumbled again into camp utterly alone, sweating and staggering beneath the large weight of a prized eight-point buck.

The remainder of the group appeared round in confusion. “Hey, the place’s Henry?” they requested.

“Oh, Henry had some form of stroke,” the hunter sighed, dropping the heavy deer. “He collapsed on the path about two miles again.”

The group gasped in absolute horror. “Are you insane? You left Henry mendacity on the market helpless within the woods and carried a useless deer again to camp as a substitute?!”

The hunter nodded solemnly and replied, “Look, it was a very powerful name. However I figured no one was going to steal Henry.”
