One Tiny Grievance

An aged couple was having fun with a peaceable stroll alongside the seaside after greater than 40 years of marriage.
With out warning, a huge wave crashed onto the shore, swept the husband off his toes, and carried him far out into the ocean.
His spouse fell to her knees in panic, raised her arms to the sky, and cried, “Oh, Lord, please deliver him again! He’s my complete world! We’ve been collectively for 40 fantastic years! If You come him safely, I promise I’ll go to church each Sunday, donate half my revenue to charity, and by no means nag him once more!”
A couple of moments later, one other monumental wave rolled towards the seaside.
Because it reached the shore, it gently set her husband down on the sand—secure, dry, and utterly unhurt.
The previous man blinked, took a deep breath, and smiled.
Overjoyed, his spouse ran to him, hugged him tightly, checked him from head to toe, then slowly appeared again on the ocean.
She positioned her arms on her hips, appeared up on the sky, and frowned.
“He had a hat!”
