The Sleeping Deacon’s Poll
Throughout a Sunday sermon, an aged deacon sitting within the entrance row was loud night breathing loudly. Irritated by the distraction, the pastor determined to play a bit prank to show him a lesson.
He whispered softly into the microphone:

The complete congregation stood up, apart from the sleeping deacon. The pastor motioned for everybody to take a seat again down quietly, then leaned in near the microphone and boomed on the prime of his lungs:
