Two legislation companions, Ed and Joe, are driving via the nation one night throughout a trip when their automotive breaks down close to a farmhouse.
The 2 males head over to the home and knock on the door. A sexy woman wearing black opens the door and asks, “Can I make it easier to?”
Ed says, “Hear, our automotive broke down close to right here, and it’s getting late, and, properly, we have been questioning if you happen to may put us up for the evening?”
The girl shook her head. “I don’t suppose so. You see, I’m lately a widow, and it simply wouldn’t appear correct. What would my neighbors say?”
“Look,” says Joe, “We received’t trigger you any hassle. We may sleep in your barn.”
The girl agrees, and the 2 males spend the evening in her barn.
9 months later, Ed will get a letter at their agency from one other lawyer. He reads the letter, then goes instantly into Joe’s workplace subsequent door.
“Joe, do you do not forget that widow we met 9 months in the past?”
“Yeah.”
“I’ve received a letter right here from her lawyer. Simply out of curiosity, that evening we slept within the barn, did you rise up in the course of the evening and make a bit go to to the farmhouse?”
“Um, yeah,” says Joe, turning a bit purple.

Joe blushes beet purple and says, “Yeah, Ed, I did.”
Ed smiles. “Cool. She died final month and left me the farm.”
