One morning, my instructor requested the category,
“Kids, what’s your favourite animal?”
With out pondering, I proudly answered,
“Fried rooster.”
She frowned.
“That’s not an animal, and it isn’t humorous.”
Perhaps she didn’t assume it was humorous…
However the complete class burst out laughing.
After I bought residence, I advised my dad what had occurred.
He nodded knowingly and mentioned,
“Your instructor might be a type of individuals who actually loves animals.”
I shrugged.
“So do I.”
“Particularly rooster… pork… and beef.”
The following day, my instructor determined to be extra particular.
“Nice… what’s your favourite residing animal?”
I smiled.
“Rooster.”
She sighed.

I answered,
